Park Royal Beach Huatulco - Tangolunda

Beautiful area, but understaffed.

We stayed in the family room, the room was recently renovated and beautifully maintained. Its location was central, next to Conejos Bay. The pool bar offered nachos and salads, which we found good.

Stayed here during our holiday, it was a VERY GOOD experience. The restaurant was very nice for breakfast, we ordered tasty dishes. The location was exceptionally nice in the secure area. They had nachos and salads available in the lobby bar.

The buffet food was inconsistent but generally okay.

Had fine stay in a week's vacation. The staff were extremely friendly, and the private parking was available. It had lovely location short walk to the different areas, the beach area, and waterfall.

view from the room was incredible and property was very well maintained and luxurious! As well as the restaurants and general infrastructure of the hotel! nice arrangements, immediately make you feel at home! the drivers of the cart super nice, attentive and very efficient because they take very little time to reach any point of the facilities because they are very well coordinated and that is excellent because you do not have to walk almost anything! night show is very entertaining! food of the Italian restaurant Andiamo is exquisite: publicly a congratulation to their chef! Like their captain or gte (sorry I didn't notice their name tag) that gives a plus to the diner exceeding their expectations!

The fruit from the Veranda buffet restaurant was not at all pleasing to me, from the presentation to the all-incurred taste! And some of the dishes already at breakfast were left over from the previous dinner! Apart from one pipe on the roof leaking a little bit because it was leaking we told the waiter and he ignored it and we just switched places. Mr. and Mrs. Security were very rude in the beach area!

Staff were attentive. Clean beach and nice outdoor pools too. Buffet food lacked variety and gets boring quickly. Overall had a decent stay.

The beach was beautiful, but the waves were strong, so be cautious. Bring a travel mug for drinks at the beach.

The resort is beautifully situated along the mountainside, offering fine views of Tangolunda Bay. The room was spacious and clean, with a magnificent ocean view that added to my overall enjoyment. The staff was attentive and efficient, especially in the dining areas where I found a solid variety of tasty food options. The pools were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax after a busy day.

Transportation service needs improvement.

Although the dining options could improve, we enjoyed the buffet's variety, especially the Mexican dishes. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, which was a great escape.

We loved spending our days at the amazing beach and enjoying the outdoor family pools. The staff was great, especially at the sunrise ceremony and while we lounged on the clean sands. Be sure to try the bars by the pool for great drinks and service!

The staff were really good, always ready with a friendly smile and helpful tips. Our room boasted a fine view, perfect for a morning coffee on the balcony.

The dining options were quite disappointing, lacking flavor and variety. The slow shuttle service made getting to the beach a bit of a hassle.
